[00:01:59] [00:02:00] I got 1 for free. Yes. Fireflies AI does the whole transcription, data extractions and all the things. But it takes your call recordings to the next level and actually makes them actionable without you spending hours of turning things into tasks. So let me show you.
[00:02:19] Now yes, as I told you, Fireflies does the same thing. You got the video recording, you can do sound bites, you can do all kinds of stuff. It automatically already generates action items as you can see right here, your outline, as well as general notes. Now just with this standard right here, you have a perfect roundup for your client’s call that you can hand off and you look so fancy haven’t taken notes in the call while you were totally present with that client.

[00:03:42] You already pull out the action items. Yes. Add them as a task to it, as well as create tasks using the topic tracker. Now in the settings, you can take topics and specific words where, for example, when I say make dot com automation, I can have that as a topic and [00:04:00] automatically it adds a task to it based when I mentioned to create a make dot com automation. That means now suddenly all of your calls are actionable and you didn’t have to have somebody take call notes, you didn’t have to go through it again and note down all the action items, you didn’t need to do anything because it is all straight up natively integrated and automated using Fred, Who you, by the way, can talk to to and tell him, hey, Fred, I need this information out of this call or this information out of that call.
[00:04:34] Fred does it all for you. Now, how much time do you spend taking notes and searching for meeting action items and other tasks related to client calls. Comment below, how much manual work do you have every single time with every single call?
Canva AI: Easily Create And Elevate Your Images
[00:04:49] Now another AI tool that will make your business life so much easier in 2024 might come to a surprise to you, Canva. Canva [00:05:00] has AI, and it has quite some amazing AI that I barely ever use Photoshop anymore, because I had to use Photoshop knowing how I can manipulate images there quite easily. Now right here, really simple. This is an AI generated image. Now as you can see, there’s a whole bunch of stuff going on.
[00:05:19] I might not want it exactly this way, but it is one flat image. You can easily do a magic wrap. As you can see right now, it’s, it’s separated the background from the chick. It is that simple. Now in the original image, there wasn’t the ClickUp down here. I added that.
[00:05:39] However, you can do grab text, and Canva will grab the text it finds in the image and allows you to edit that text. And not only that, when you edit photo in here, you can do magic edit. Meaning, there was some flood staining and water staining right here on the [00:06:00] concrete between the magic edit and the magic eraser, I was able to just eliminate that black color string that was in the image and make it really nice. Being able to now use it without having to cut things out for my marketing.

ClickUp Brain: Streamlining Your Workflow Efficiently
[00:06:33] Now let’s talk about AI tool number 3 that you just simply have to have, ClickUp. If you did not know, ClickUp just rebranded their ClickUp AI.
[00:06:46] You might have known we had some general AI integration here in ClickUp that allowed us to do a couple of things now that just changed massively. We now have ClickUp brain, which [00:07:00] you can find right up here or anywhere else, there’s multiple spots in areas where these will pop up. You will have it in your task. You have it in your documents. You have it everywhere.
[00:07:08] What does ClickUp Brain do for your business in 2024? Pretty simple. Go into the everything, and i’m gonna explain in a second why you wanna be in everything for this. Go into your everything and really just start simple with help me prioritize my tasks because I know a lot of beginners in ClickUp are struggling with where all my tasks, what should I do first? Where do I need to go? What do I need to do? And here we go.
[00:07:40] ClickUp goes through everything and based up on due dates and things, lets you know what you want to prioritize. Now remember, the output is as good as the input. This was a really, really simple prompt.
[00:07:54] And I just talked about how some of these prompts are just bs because they are way [00:08:00] too simple. There is way more we can do with this. Dabble with it. How do you define prioritizing tasks? ClickUp goes by the priority flag and due dates and gives you that information.
[00:08:14] Now, if you tell it different data points of how you prioritize the task, the output is going to be different. Now right in here you can see now ClickUp brain is actually focused on a Video on a podcast episode, we are working on. And in these episodes, there is a lot of information right in here. We have a lot of custom fields. We have a lot of communication going on for our podcast. There’s a lot going on.
[00:08:45] So being able, to right here, pulling out action items out of all of the information that is in here. Look at this. It even tells me this is already done, [00:09:00] this is already done, this is already done, this still needs to be done, and this still needs to be done. Took me how long? You don’t have to dive into all of this additional information that is housed in here to get this information.
