[00:00:00] In today’s video, we’ll be exploring how to maximize your productivity using ClickUp’s new AI feature. And trust me, this is going to save you hours and hours and hours. We’ll dive into how you can make things easier to understand for your clients, respond to emails like a pro in no time, and create captivating presentation outlines and so much more– all with the help of ClickUp’s powerful AI. So stick around and let’s boost your productivity so you can join me by the pool enjoying the San Diego sun. How about that? When I talk maximizing productivity using ClickUp’s AI, there’s a lot going on for us coaches, consultants, and content creators. There is so many things that we are doing between educating, talking with clients, doing things, responding, and yeah. So today, we’re gonna look at five ways how you can maximize your productivity using ClickUp’s AI feature.

Why use simple language?

And we are gonna start [00:01:00] really simple, right at the beginning. You helped me talk about this before. Sometimes we ask coaches and consultants even as content creators when we build educational content, when we are explaining something, sometimes we as coaches, consultants, or even content creators tend to overexplain, tend to overdo. As someone in my comments, action was like, we are not dumb. Talk faster. Sometimes, we need a story and some explanation to go along with what we are educating, but sometimes also we just talk up here. We are in it.

[00:01:37] We are bleeding ClickUp. We know all the words. We know all the language. So once in a while it can be really difficult for some people to understand what we are talking about, and this is where my first trick comes in. Again, jumping into your docs. We have just some filler content here, some transcription from one of my videos to use [00:02:00] as an example, and just go right in here.

[00:02:03] Use simpler language. That will take our expert language, all the phrasing and all the things we potentially use and put it into a simpler, easier language. And not only is it easier to understand, we also have the attention span worse than a goldfish. Simple language will allow people to stay easier in your content, get and follow what we are talking about. Now, second tip right here. When you look at this, this is, this is long, this is, holy moly. How about we just go into AI and say, make it shorter? Which now tells AI, hey, go in there, look through the text, and really just shorten it down. What are you talking about? Get to the point.

Using AI to reply to emails

[00:03:21] Let me know. Now, as I already hinted, now we are getting to the real magic and these are a couple new things that just released on ClickUp AI. Thank God I’m not producing videos too far out. Let’s click on this More down here and let’s see what else is in here. Look at that. Reply to email. What? What? What are we replying to?

[00:03:47] Copy and paste your email right in here. Client requested to work with me. I’ll just type that in. Cool, fine. Schedule a [00:04:00] discovery call. You can grab and copy and paste the specific emails you want to reply to, and you can give it specific more talking points. Considering, I wouldn’t say my emails are necessarily professional, more like humor words.

[00:04:19] Let’s see what it does with humor. And the moment you hit generate ClickUp AI is going to give you a quick and easy email template. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. [00:04:39] So now if you are like me, that is not big on writing emails and generating emails and doing all the things. There you go. You got a template you can work off of. Make it personal. Again, I always edit these things no matter which AI I’m using.

Using AI to create presentation outlines

Clean this up. Make this you, [00:05:00] and there you go. Now, how much time did that just save you rather than just writing the email from scratch? I also found this nice little feature right here in ClickUp AI, which is Create a Presentation Outline. Okay. ClickUp AI as presentation topic. Target audience is, so you know what? Content creators might be funnier. Content creators. Let’s see what it comes up with.

[00:05:31] Presentation objectives, use cases, time saving downfall of overuse. And again, I am definitely not talking professional, so let’s use humorous again and generate. I love how I did that, the savior and [00:06:00] the destroyer. Yes, it can be. And if you don’t know what I’m talking about, check out How AI Can Kill Your Business.

[00:06:07] I’m just saying. We got an introduction here. We got the use cases here. We got the time saving features, we got the downfalls and overuse, and we got the conclusion. You have a perfect outline in here. Again, the more information you put in, the better ClickUp AI is going to be able to give you an output.

[00:06:27] However, with the tiny bit of input that I’ve given AI, it’s done pretty good and you have a perfect initial starting point for a presentation outline and we are not stopping there. Using AI to organize tasks

[00:06:49] Organize a list of tasks. What are the tasks? The tasks are onboarding a client to ClickUp. How about [00:07:00] that? Priorities is, efficiency.

[00:07:08] That’s how you spell it. Um, time constraints. Default, just for the fun of it. Let’s just do, let’s do Inspirational for this. This is kind of fun. And there we go. Prepare your detailed onboarding list. Gather unnecessary information from the client. Set up the client’s workspace in ClickUp. Train the client on how to use ClickUp and provide ongoing support and guidance.

[00:07:32] Look at how simple this started just by, we wanna onboard a client and now you have a starting point on how to actually onboard your clients with the tasks. And you can take these pieces right here and start digging deeper into this. What kind of tasks are in this? What needs to get done? What’s the SOP around it?
